Canary is distributed privately. Available by invitation. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using Canary

Use your own account and keep access credentials private. Only provide content you are entitled to use. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's data, bypass access controls, or disrupt its operation. Access may be suspended or withdrawn for misuse.

Your content and decisions

Your content remains yours. You permit Canary and its service providers to process it as needed to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy policy.

AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review suggestions before acting on them. Canary does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Availability and changes

The app may change or be discontinued, and uninterrupted availability or error-free results are not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of information you need. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Updated terms will be published here.

Leaving and contact

You can export your stored account records or delete your account under Settings → Account. For questions about these terms, contact the person who invited you to Canary.
